Acceptance
By downloading or using Hemera, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Description
Hemera is a free, open-source iOS client for Home Assistant. It connects to a Home Assistant server that you own and operate. We do not provide or host any Home Assistant infrastructure.
License
Hemera is distributed under the MIT License. You are free to use, modify, and distribute the source code under its terms.
No Warranty
Hemera is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with your Home Assistant setup.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from:
- Use or inability to use the app
- Actions performed by smart home devices controlled through the app
- Loss of data or unauthorized access to your Home Assistant server
- Any interruption or failure of smart home automations
You are solely responsible for your Home Assistant server configuration, device security, and any automations triggered through the app.
Apple App Store
If you downloaded Hemera from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard EULA also applies. In the event of a conflict between these terms and Apple’s EULA, Apple’s terms prevail for App Store-related matters.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
